MY ROLE: As the Design Director, I led end-to-end creative and production processes, encompassing conceptualization, art direction and design, production, and execution of all digital + print creative assets.
The challenge was to develop a new visual identity and an informational website for the Hospitality Training Academy, addressing the unique difficulties of engaging an older demographic with limited computer literacy. Simultaneously, the goal was to streamline operations through automation and technology.
