MY ROLE: As the Design Director, I led end-to-end creative and production processes, encompassing conceptualization, art direction and design, production, and execution of all digital + print creative assets.

The challenge was to develop a new visual identity and an informational website for the Hospitality Training Academy, addressing the unique difficulties of engaging an older demographic with limited computer literacy. Simultaneously, the goal was to streamline operations through automation and technology.

 
 
 
I played a pivotal role in transforming the Hospitality Training Academy’s visual identity and online presence. To tackle the challenge, I implemented a thoughtful approach that combined user-friendly design elements, clear communication, and streamlined processes, ensuring accessibility for their target audience.
 
 

The result of this project is a more engaging and accessible platform and brand that contributed to the HTA 75’s goals of becoming a leading training center for workforce redeployment during the pandemic and beyond. The redesigned visual identity and website positioned them as a vital employment enabler for the hospitality industry.
