MY ROLE: As the Design Director, I led end-to-end creative and production processes, encompassing conceptualization, art direction and design, production, and execution of all digital + print creative assets.

My task was to rebrand and market Theo Eye Care to increase cash-pay appointments by 50% within 2.5 years, achieving four daily cash-pay bookings. This had to be accomplished while maintaining a classic, professional, and expert brand voice, emphasizing thorough eye care services.
